Executive Meeting Manager

The ideal candidate possess a talent for sales, has an excellent team spirit and a neat appearance, works precise, rigorously and feels very comfortable in working with an international and demanding clientele. The candidate speaks fluently French and English, is familiar to work with MS Office, Opera and Opera Sales & Catering. Experience in a similar position in the Sales and Events Department is necessary.

Revenue & Reservation Manager

The Revenue & Reservation Manager prepares relevant and timely information and statistics, in order to support and excecute Yield Management strategies with the aim to maximize room revenue contribution through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein. The Revenue Manager plays an active role in the Strategic Planning, Marketing Plan and budgeting processes and is further responsible for the Reservations Team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year management experience in this area and excellent skills in leadership, communication, sales, training and strategic thinking. Furthermore, the candidate works highly organized and has experience in budgeting and forecasting in a corporate structure and is familiar to work with Opera, CRS systems and Social Media platforms. Fluent in French, English and German, written and spoken, is mandatory.
